Cameroon Mtn Elite One: Top 3 coaches who might lose their jobs before the 5th day of play

The Cameroon MTN elite one championship will open its day 4 games this Sunday, February 25, 2018 with 9 matches on various stadia. Three coaches are on a “hot seat” and may lose their job at the end of this fourth day of play.

Dieudenné Nke (UMS LOUM):

Dieudonne Nké of UMS Loum is aware of  sitting on an ejectable seat as he penned a two year deal with the 2016 champions of cameroon. UMS Loum trails a bad reputation of sacking its
coaches for often very little, or if the latter is not in good terms with Pierre Kwemo, the club’s almighty president. Many who preceded him as coach of UMS Loum had paid the price of their differences with Pierre Kwemo; Olivier Nankam was sacked after winning the Cup of Cameroon in 2015. Anicet Mbaga Foe who then took over did not spend 2 months on the yellow blue bench. Bonaventure Djonkep was sacked on May 17, 2017 after only 14 playing days and a 3rd place in the overall standings.
After 3 days of the 2017/2018 Mtn Elite One championship, Nke’s records denote a home win against Aigle and 2 away defeats against Yaounde’s Dragon FC and AS Fortuna of Mfou. Well-informed sources indicate that in case of an eventual defeat on Sunday 25th february 2018 against Fovu FC of Baham, Dieudonné Nke will simply be fired.

Fernandez Fagnia Fagnia (Aigle Royale de la Menoua)

Ex general manager of Ouragan de Loum in the Moungo division, Fagnia Fagnia settled on the bench of Aigle Royale de la Menoua on November 24, 2017 to boost a club which narrowly escaped relegation last season (15th position). After a disappointing start of the season – 17th position and 1 point earned from 3 games, recording 2 defeats against Bamboutos (0-2) and UMS (2-0) and a draw against Union Douala (0-0), angry voices are being heard in the streets of Dschang, demanding his immediate eviction despite the fact that his contract runs until 2019. Another loss to Stade Renard tomorrow 25th february 2018 will seriously undermine his position in the club. Will popular pressure be able to get rid of the 2014 best Ligue 2 coach? That’s the question!

Anicet Mbarga Foe (Eding FC of Lekie)

Anicet Mbarga Foe (Eding Fc of the Lekie)
Defending Cameroon champion with Eding FC of la lekie, Anicet Mbarga Foe is already pondering on his fate after being suspended by President Saint Fabien Mvogo, following a scramble between the two men, three days before the club’s first-leg CAF champions League eliminatory match which opposed the Cameroonian club to Plateau United of Nigeria. The coach dissatisfied with the attitude of his boss who interfered in the choice of players to play during a friendly match against APEJES Mfou, abandoned the match and left. In an interview with Totalfoot24.com, Saint Fabien Mvogo confirmed that coach Anicet Mbarga Foe has already responded to the quarrel letter that was addressed to him and internally, a decision will be made to either keep or get rid of him . Persistent rumours predict the arrival of Anicent Mbarga Foe in Loum for a second attempt with UMS.
The fourth day of play will soon vomit its first victims.
