Cameroon: Richard Bassama Ntso joins Les Astres of Douala

Astres of Douala have reach an agreement with the representative of RICHARD BASSAMA NTSOfor the player to join the Bepanda club.
The deal completed on Monday was signed after weeks of negotiations between parties involved.
The former Cotonsport striker, 22 year old, penned a two year deal at Astres. Yesterday coach Nankam Olivier expressed his happiness in seeing the striker walk through the doors of the club and said he expects the young Cameroonian to show the kind of form that made him a highly rated player at Coton while he is in the books of the Douala based club.
Last season Astres scored 31 goals and in terms of goal scoring the finished the season behind Cotonsport(50),Eding (43),Apejes(42),Feutcheu FC (42),New Stars(37)Union Sportive Douala (34) and Dragon(32)
Richard is already training with other new recruits and is expected to improve coach Olivier Nankam team’s goal scoring come the New season.

Gerard Pique is unsure whether he would have stayed at Barcelona had former manager Pep Guardiola remained at the club beyond 2012 after the now Manchester City boss lost faith in the Spain defender. Union of Douala are closing in on the signing of Cameroonian keeper Lawrence Ngomè from AC Léopards Dolisie in Congo Brazaville. Lawrence Ngomè won three Congo Brazzaville football championships with AC Léopards Dolisie during his spell there. It is only a matter of time for the executive of the Nassaras Gamakai to make the signing of the goalkeeper official.
